How far we deliver
We run a kerbside delivery service across Leicestershire, Rutland and South Nottinghamshire, and further into the East Midlands by arrangement. Charges depend on distance and load — send your list or ring the yard and we’ll quote delivery before you commit to anything.

Delivery questions
How soon can you deliver?
Delivery runs Monday to Friday, and the day depends on availability — at busy times it can be over a week, so it’s worth ordering ahead. We confirm the day with you when we price your list; we can’t promise a specific time on the day.
Will the driver help unload?
Our 12-tonne lorry carries a crane, so heavier items can be lifted off — kerbside, or as close as the driver can safely get while staying on a hard road surface. Deliveries don’t include carrying timber onto your property, and the lorry won’t leave a hard surface to cross grass, verges or soft ground.
What if I’m not in?
We confirm the day with you beforehand. If you’re happy for the order to be left at the kerbside, tell us when we confirm your delivery — otherwise just ring the yard and we’ll sort another day.
Can I collect instead?
Yes — the yard is open to the public, Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 8am–12 noon. Send your list ahead or ring, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. Bring straps or ratchet ties if you’re taking long timber.
Do you deliver outside Leicestershire?
Yes — Rutland and South Nottinghamshire are part of our regular runs, and we can go further into the East Midlands; the cost increases with distance from the yard. Ring with your postcode and we’ll quote it.
